The Timmins Family Health Team is seeking a dynamic individual to join our multidisciplinary team of Family Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Allied Health Professionals. Incorporating a collaborative approach, responsibilities offer the opportunity to provide innovative primary care programs and services that meet the health care needs of our clients.

Professional/Education/Experience Required:

• Candidate must be registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario as a Registered Nurse Extended Class (RNEC) with Specialty in Primary Health Care (PHCNP)
• Undergraduate Degree in nursing from a recognized university
• Certification from the COUPN Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner Program or an equivalent program
• 3 to 5 years experience in a community setting or combination of community and hospital
• Current Ontario Driver's License
• Evidence of liability insurance
• Proficiency in the use of computers and various software applications
• Fluency in both official languages is an asset
• Membership with the RNAO
