Description of services |
Provides services for children and youth who are in conflict with the law, child abuse and welfare, courts and court assistance, criminal justice outreach. Delivers centrally coordinated, community based programs and services to Metis Communities in Ontario; support services are client driven, family centered and provide holistic care. Regular visits or phone calls to older adults and people with disabilities who live alone, to provide companionship and reassurance Coordinates medical transportation services and assists with medical appointments in other communities; accompaniment to appointments. Provides training to Metis individuals with programs geared towards finding and keeping work or increased career skills. |
