Office Practice Administration/Quality Improvement Decision Support Clerical
Full-Time Permanent - Reference # 202203
Position Requirements:
- College Diploma in Office/Business Administration
- 3 to 5 years work experience preferably in a health care setting
- Proficiency in the use of computers, various software applications and website maintenance including the use of Excel spreadsheets
- Knowledge and skills in use of an Electronic Medical Record and the reporting of patient data an asset
- Knowledge and Experience with general bookkeeping, accounts receivable, accounts payable & payroll an asset
- Experience with providing support for organizational proceedings (ex – regular meetings, annual general meetings) and other clerical duties an asset
- Experience with human resources including the supervision of staff and creation of work schedules
- Experience with purchasing
- Fluency in both official languages an asset
- Current Driver’s License
